Anna Bordonada, LMT
Anna offers a variety of massage treatments, including deep tissue, Swedish and neuromuscular. She brings a kind heart and excellent skills to the table with her versatile deep massage style. She has a history in dance, and is a wonderful communicator.

Tara Welty, L.Ac.
Tara earned her diploma in acupuncture from Ongiara College of Acupuncture in Ontario, Canada in September of 2012. Prior to attending acupuncture school, she logged over 1400 hours of postgraduate acupuncture education and completed a four year apprenticeship. She’s also a NADA Acudetox specialist and trained at the Lincoln Recovery Center in the Bronx in June of 2009.
