Matthew has received training in classic western, trigger point and deep tissue massage. Matthew has alsostudied Myofascial Mobilization, Neuromuscular Therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy.

Massage Therapist

Licensed in PA and WV since 2007. Clay brings excellent deep tissue, Neuro-muscular, and swedish work to the table along with great listening skills and patience. Clay moved to the area in august of 2007 from the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania and trained at the Cortiva Institute.

Sandra Ellenwood, Licensed Massage Therapist

Licensed in 2001, Sandra incorporates excellent relaxation, swedish and hot stone techniques into her massage. Wonderfully

Dr. Qingguo Shang OMD, L.Ac.,

Dr. Shang, our acupuncturist, was born and trained in Beijing, China. She has 26 years of experience and has lived in the US for 20 years. Dr.Shang is the most experienced OMD practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine and licensed acupuncturist available in the region. She resides in Columbus, OH and is available
on Wednesdays.

Jaime Seltzer

Jaime received her Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science from Rutgers University. She went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Herbal Medicine from the Tai Sophia Institute, the only accredited school to offer this program in the United States. She is well-versed in herb-drug interaction and current research, and will offer gentle guidance to a more complete understanding of your body and your health.

Amy Elliott, Ph. D.

Dr. Amy has a master's degree in Interpersonal Communication and a doctorate degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Amy is also a Certified Instructor of Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis, certified Medical Hypnotherapy Specialist, certified in Hypnosis for IBS, and in Hypnosis for Fibromyalgia. She is certified as a hypnotist with the prestigious rganization, the National Guild of Hypnotists. She recently completed a book on hypno-anesthesia for childbirth.

Renate Scarpat, MS.
Licensed Acupuncturist

Renate holds a Master’s degree in acupuncture and is NCCAOM certified. She is a licensed acupuncturist in West Virginia and New York State. She was trained for acupuncture at the New York Chiropractic College. She   maintained a practice in the Albany, New York area for two years before moving to our area.

Jeannie Amash, BS.
Licensed Aesthetician

Trained at the Aveda Institute, Jeannie has a firm commitment to
organic treatment. Jeannie has studied essential oils and their
regenerative effects for years.  She now applies her research to her
work in aesthetics. Jeannie  brings a whole body approach to her
treatments which employs deep relaxation, facial massage, acupressure techniques, lymphatic drainage. Premium facials with transdermally active oils and botanicals.
